A first step for cooking skills is to enrol in the level 2 Hospitality course at VSTET. It's a fun course to learn how to prepare and create food and beverages suitable for a café environment. Alternative Education
Alternative Education (Alt Ed) is provided by VSTET. We keep a limited number of places available for those who meet the criteria for Alt Ed placement.
